Biz Solutions Unlimited is a full service conference management and event planning service. We plan and implement meetings, events, conferences and trade shows featuring online registration services, credit card processing and registration web page design.

Available Options:

Option A: Full Service Registration Management- $3625 for a minimum of 250 registrants plus $14.50 for each additional registrant.

• We will manage all aspects of the registration process
• Develop a conference web site to collect attendee registristration and credit card information for reporting purposes
• Provide registration reports for all vendors, hotels, etc.
• Furnish at pre-designated intervals, requested reports
• Custom reports
• Registration Director and Registration Manager for two days onsite at meeting (travel and per diem charges extra)
• Biz Solutions Unlimited can accept and enter fax and/or email registrations for an additional $2.00 per entry.

Option B: Conference Web Site - $3000 for a minimum of 250 registrants plus $12.00 for each additional registrant.

• Customized web site to collect all necessary attendee registration and credit card information for reporting purposes
• Includes two (2) hours of training at client's office
• Biz Solutions Unlimited can accept and enter fax and/or email registrations for an additional $2.00 per entry
• Custom reports are available for a programming fee of $50 each

Option C: On-Line Registration Form - $1500 for a minimum of 250 registrants plus $5.00 for each additional registrant.

• Biz Solutions Unlimited provides client with an on-line registration form, customized to required specifications to collect necessary attendee registration data for reporting purposes.
• We can accept and enter fax and/or email registrations for an additional $2.00 per entry

Option D: Registration Services Only - $10.00 per Badge

• Development of database to your specifications
• You mail or fax completed registration form to us
• Data is entered
• Badges and Tickets are mailed to you

Additional Registration Options:

Online Credit Card Processing - Fee charged by credit card company plus $2.00 per transaction

• Biz Solutions Unlimited establishes a direct connect to Client's merchant account in order to process all credit card transactions online. Additional charges will apply to registrants who use credit cards to pay registration fee

Manual Credit Card Processing - No additional charge

• Client handles processing of credit card transactions through their merchant account using reports from information collected on-line.

Biz Solutions Unlimited Processing - $650 set up plus $2.00 per transaction

• Biz Solutions Unlimited receives payments via online transactions and reimburses client less fees.

On-site Registration Staff:

Registration Director: $250 per day plus travel*

• Oversees onsite registration including responsibility for troubleshooting
• Coordinates activities of all staff and volunteers, if applicable

Registration Manager: $195 per day plus travel*

• Experienced and well trained
• Assists with all aspects of registration management

Registration Personnel: $12 per hour plus travel*

• Experienced and well trained

Travel Management: $50 per transaction

• Registrants have the option to enter travel requests
• Biz Solutions Unlimited manages air travel booking based on registrant's request
• Itineries are emailed to the traveler for confirmation prior to ticketing

Trade Show and Management Services - Negotiable based on number of exhibitors

• At Biz Solutions Unlimited we strive to exceed your expectations, enhance the quality of your show and increase your profitability through show marketing as previously outlined along with logistics management and experienced staff.

*Biz Solutions Unlimited staff travel expenses to include mileage at the prevailing Federal rate, ground transportation and hotel accommodations plus a daily per diem of $50 per person to cover meals and parking. Travel expenses will be charged to the client at cost.
